WIUC 2025 will take place in Vall d’Hebron, a large sports area in Barcelona, where most of the sports centres involved are located. Many of them were the site of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games and the area is connected by the metro (stops Vall d’Hebron/Mundet/Horta) and some part in Hospitalet de Llobregat sport area.

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE

The entire delegation is accredited by designated team leader or by a small delegation per University, that can come to pick up accreditation cards and Welcome packages.

The person going to the accreditation must carry it out (and collect the material) for his/her entire delegation. Remember to make the Accreditation before your first match! Teams that have not completed the accreditation procedure will not be able to play.

Important: it is not allowed to get inside with sport/tennis shoes (be well dressed and men with long pants). Also, go to the clubs with all your teammates! (not individual entrance, group entrance will be allowed).

The application process requires the following steps

REGISTRATION: 150,00 € per person
EARLY BIRD*: 130,00 € per person

*Before July 31st, registration form and a first confirmation payment received
  • Download the registration form and complete it
  • Send it back to our email address: info@iusf.net
  • You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your application and the pro-forma receipt
  • Pay 100 € per person by 31st July, to confirm your registration
  • Pay the 50% of the accomodation by 15th August
  • Pay the balance of accomodation by 19th September
  • Pay the balance of the Registration Fee by 13th October

World InterUniversities Sport Federation SSD a RL will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before
the established date.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% refund: before July 31st
  • 50% refund: before September 15th
  • NO REFUND: after September 15th

Application deadline: October 13th 2025 (or in the case we will reach the maximum number of teams in each sport)

  • Sandwiches/Lunch Box on Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Hot and Cold Drinks, snacks and fruits during the Championships (only at the main sport center – Egorà Olimpics)
  • Ambulance/Doctor Service

Best Universities (in the OVERALL FINAL RANKING, which is the sum of all sports results)
  • 4.000 euro for the Best Universities (to be used for the registration to the 11th World InterUniversities Championships):
    • Best University in the Championships: 1.500 euro
    • 2nd University: 1.000 euro
    • 3rd University: 700 euro
    • 4th University: 500 euro
    • 5th University: 300 euro
